Birthday Wishes

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations   Today's card is the final card made with the "Big Wishes" stamp set at the Proverbial Stampers & Friends new catalog gathering. I mentioned earlier that this was a set I just passed by in the catalog. I honestly didn't even notice it. But it's one of those hidden gems, that once you discover it, you'll fall in love with it. I know I did!

This card, like the others, is super simple to make--perfect for a beginning stamper, but also interesting enough for a more advanced stamper. We started by stamping the happy birthday sentiment from the "Big Wishes" set in Tranquil Tide Ink onto a 2" by 3" Whisper White Card Stock piece. We adhered this to a 2-1/8"  by 3-1/8" Mint Macaron Card Stock mat.

Next, we adhered a 3" by 3-1/2" piece of Tranquil Tide Designer Series Paper to a 3-3/4" by 5" Whisper White Card Stock panel. We adhered that to a 3-7/8" by 5-1/8" Tranquil Tide Card Stock mat. We wrapped a length of Whisper White Classic Weave Ribbon around this before adhering it to a Mint Macaron Card Stock card base, cut lengthwise, and turned sideways.

To finish the card, we added the stamped piece with Stampin' Dimensionals. I love the clean and simple design of this card and I love the Tranquil Tide-Mint Macaron color combination!

Amazing Wishes

#stampinup   faithfulinkspirations   Sometimes less is more. That's that case with cards we in the "business" like to call CAS, or clean and simple. Today's card is just that--more, because it's clean and simple. (Or should I say it's extra?)

We made a set of four cards using the "Big Wishes" stamp set and Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper at the Proverbial Stampers & Friends new catalog gathering. That's the name of my "upline" group. I'd love it if you'd join my "downline" group--and during July, you'll get an extra, extra FREE gift! Keep reading for the great offer at the end of the blog--and contact me to get started on your own stampin' business!
This card is super easy to make. We started by stamping a sentiment from the "Big Wishes" set in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto the upper corner of a 3-3/4" by 5" Whisper White Card Stock panel. Isn't that font divine?! We adhered a 3" square of Tranquil Tide DSP to this panel and then adhered it to a 3-7/8" by 5-1/8" Basic Black Card Stock mat. We wrapped a length of Basic Black Shimmer Ribbon (my fave!) around before adhering everything to a Balmy Blue Card Stock card base. For a finishing touch, we added two black Faceted Dots. So fun!

Enjoy Wishes

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations   During the last Stampin' Up year, they introduced Night of Navy Gingham Ribbon. I thought it was cute and all, but I didn't feel the need to purchase it and add it to my stampin' arsenal. But I was wrong--so wrong. Look at this adorable ribbon on this card!!

Goodness that's cute!! For this card, we stamped one of the darling images from the "Big Wishes" stamp set in Night of Navy Ink onto a 3-1/4" by 4-1/4" Whisper White Card Stock panel. We adhered this to a 3-1/2" by 4-1/2" Night of Navy Card Stock mat. Then we wrapped a length of that gorgeous Night of Navy Gingham Ribbon around before adhering it to a Whisper White Card Stock card base.

To finish this simple but elegant card, we added some Fine-Tip Glue to the image and then sprinkled on Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter. (If you squint real hard, you might be able to see it in the picture.) We added two Basic Rhinestone Jewels to the card, too. It's so sparkly!!

Come back tomorrow and Thursday to see two more great cards made with this set. And don't forget to read on to hear about Stampin' Up's fabulous July offers. You only have a week left to get in on these deals!!

Wish Big

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations   The "Big Wishes" stamp set is one that I passed right over in my journeys through Stampin' Up's 2018-2019 Annual Catalog. It wasn't until we made cards with this set at the Proverbial Stampers & Friends new catalog gathering that I sat up and took notice of it. It's a great set with fun images. Take a look!

For this card, we stamped the wish big image in Fresh Fig onto a 2-1/2" by 3" Whisper White panel. We colored the candle flames with Daffodil Delight Stampin' Write Marker and then adhered this piece to a 2-3/8" by 3-1/8" Fresh Fig Card Stock mat.

Next, we adhered a 3" square of Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper to a 3-3/4" by 5" Whisper White panel. We adhered this to a 3-7/8" by 5-1/8" Fresh Fig mat. We wrapped a length of Whisper White Classic Weave Ribbon around this piece and then adhered it to a Mint Macaron Card Stock card base.

We adhered the stamped element to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. For a finishing touch, we added Clear Wink of Stella to the flames. So cute!

Come back tomorrow through Thursday for more cards made with this adorable set!
