Happy New Year everyone! A new year brings so many possibilities. It's a time for renewal and refreshing. A time for new beginnings. I've just had a few weeks' off from work for the holidays and now I'm ready to get back to see my coworkers and to get back into the swing of things!
Before I went on leave, I was a busy little holiday elf and I made weekly surprises for my coworkers. Since I wasn't around for the end of the year to leave surprises, I thought I'd leave them a little something-something for the new year.
I turned to the Stampin' Up January-to-June mini catalog that goes live on Tuesday January 4 and found the perfect suite for the project--New Horizons! I used the "On the Horizon" stamp set and the coordinating Horizon Dies. You can get these in a bundle (item 157779) and save 10% off purchasing them separately. But the thing that makes this suite so spectacular is the New Horizons 6" by 6" Designer Series Paper! This DSP can stand on its own--and as you'll see on some of my samples, it almost did just that!
I used a variety of the dies, several of the stamps, and the same sentiment: "Relax & Enjoy Your Day" on each of the mini calendars. Have a look!
Which one do you like best? I don't know about you, but I LOVE that DSP!! I can't wait to use it on more projects. I think my favourite is the 2nd one--love that washed out watercolour look! Well done making so many variations!
