Watercolor Thank You

This evening, I'm part of a "Christmas in July" event in Annapolis, Maryland. Several of my friends who also have DSA* businesses are holding the event at Harry Browne's and have invited their customers to attend. I'm so glad they asked me along. It's fun to meet new people who could become new friends and new customers.

I'm going to be selling stamped cards and home decor items and I'm going to be telling everyone about the great Stampin' Up! products that I sell.  I'm going to have a Paper Pumpkin display--a Paper Pumpkin subscription would make a wonderful Christmas gift for the crafty person on your list! In fact, right now, through September 10th, when you subscribe you get 50% off your first two months! If you'd like to give a gift subscription--or if you'd like to subscribe yourself--click on the Paper Pumpkin button over there on the left side of my blog and that will take you right to my Paper Pumpkin website. Enter the Promo Code, "HALFOFF2" when you sign up.

Anyway, I wanted to share with you the stepped up version of the make and take the guests at the "Christmas in July" will be making tonight. The guests will make a simpler version--just the watercolor wash, the "Watercolor Thank You" stamp, and the washi tape on Whisper White card stock. I wanted to show them how to go from simple to stepped up with a few extra layers and accessories.

(Stamp Set: Watercolor Thank You; Ink: Pool Party; Card Stock: Pool Party, Strawberry Slush, Whisper White; Accessories: Aqua Painter, Beach House Washi Tape, Basic Rhinestones)
