A Sunny Thanks

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations   I cannot get enough of the "Jar of Flowers" stamp set and Jar Punch--especially when they're paired with the pretty Flowers for Every Season 6" by 6" Designer Series Paper. As advertised, with this stamp set and the DSP you can create cards for every season! Take a look at this luscious DSP!

For today's card I used the DSP sheet with Daffodil Delight sunflowers on a Misty Moonlight background. I used the sunflower arrangement image and colored it with Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Crumb Cake, and Night of Navy Stampin' Blends.

I stamped the flowers, jar, and sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto Whisper White Card Stock. After I colored the flowers, I fussy cut them with my Paper Snips and, of course, I used the Jar Punch to punch out the jar! The sentiment is from the "Free As A Bird" stamp set.

To build the card, I started with a Misty Moonlight Card Stock card base. I added a 2" by 5-1/4" Daffodil Delight Card Stock strip--and on top of that a 1" by 5" strip of Flowers for Every Season DSP and a 1" by 5" strip of In Good Taste DSP.

I adhered the jar, flowers, and sentiment to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. To finish the card, I tied a bow of Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon and adhered it to the card with a Mini Glue Dot.

Come back tomorrow for another card that uses the same colors, but with the "Celebrate Sunflowers" set.

Jar of Thanks

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations   When I opened the new Stampin' Up Annual Catalog and saw the awesome Flowers for Every Season Mega Suite on pages 10 through 13 and noticed the Jar Punch that coordinates with the "Jar of Flowers" stamp set, I think I squealed! I love a matching punch because it's so quick and easy. And those Mason Jar Shaker Domes--wow!

We used some product from this suite to do our make and takes for our Proverbial Stampers new catalog gathering. I really like the subtle colors on this card--taken from one of the sheets of Flowers for Every Season 6" by 6" Designer Series Paper. Have a look!

I started with a Just Jade Card Stock card base and added a 4" by 5-1/4" Blushing Bride Card Stock panel. On top of that, I adhered a 1" by 5-1/4" strip of the pretty Flowers for Every Season DSP.

Next, I stamped one of the flower arrangement images from the "Jar of Flowers" set in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a Whisper White piece that I cut with one of the Stitched Rectangles Dies. I used Light Mint Macaron, Light Petal Pink, and Light Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends to color the flowers. Then, I stamped the jar in Balmy Blue Ink onto Whisper White Card Stock and punched it out with the Jar Punch. I adhered the rectangular panel to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals and then I adhered the jar to the card with more Stampin' Dimensionals.

I stamped a sentiment from the "Free as a Bird" stamp set in Balmy Blue onto a 1/4" Whisper White strip and snipped the end with my Paper Snips. I tucked this behind the jar. I then tied a knot in a length of Just Jade Gingham Ribbon from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack and adhered it to the card with a Mini Glue Dot.

You can purchase the "Jar of Flowers" stamp set in a bundle with the Jar Punch and save 10% off the price of purchasing them separately. Or you can splurge and get the entire Flowers for Every Season Mega Suite with one item number (item 154132)!

Stay healthy! Stay safe!

Annual Catalog Kick-Off Celebration!

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations   It's here! It's here! The day I've been waiting for! Stampin' Up's 2020-2021 catalog launched today. I've already put in an order and expedited it so that it will get here by the end of the week! That, along with the items I was able to pre-order as a demonstrator, will put me in a good place to start creating with NEW stuff! It's like Christmas in June! Yay!!!

Stampin' Up has two awesome events to kick off the new catalog. First, if you are a super shopper and you have a mile-long wish list OR if you would like to host an online party AND your total is $250 or more, not only will you get 10% of your workshop total in host rewards, but during the month of June Stampin' Up will throw in an additional $25! Even I took advantage of that offer! I can help you host an online workshop or you can just gather orders from your friends and family.

The second offer is for you super shoppers who like a good deal! If your wish list is $99 (or more), you should take advantage of the "super shopper no-strings-attached" deal and join my team as a Stampin' Up demonstrator. If you join, for your $99 you can choose $125 worth of ANY products in the new catalog (except the Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machines, which aren't available for purchase yet). So, wait? I spend $99 but I get $125 worth of product. Yes! Yes, you do! And there's more, if you join during June, you will ALSO get to choose any stamp and punch bundle (p. 168–169) or stamp and die bundle (p. 173-179) from the 2020–2021 Annual Catalog!!! And for the next 4 months, you'll be able to save 20% off your own purchases. At the end of the 4 months, you can just walk away...or you can continue on as a demonstrator, if you meet the quarterly $300 minimum. I'd love to have you on my team--and I'd love you to take advantage of this awesome money-saving offer.

NOTE: You can only take advantage of one offer at a time. But if you join and then you host a $250 order, you'd get to take advantage of both offers--but only during the month of June.

How about something from the new catalog? All the demonstrators have been going crazy over the new "Jar of Flowers" stamp set and matching Jar Punch on pages 11 and 12. You can get these as a bundle and save 10% off the price of purchasing them separately. Here's one of the cards I made with this bundle.

I stamped the flowers in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto Whisper White Card Stock and then colored them with Light & Dark Daffodil Delight, Light & Dark Calypso Coral, Light & Dark Old Olive, and Light Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends. Then I fussy cut the image with my Paper Snips.

I used the Jar Punch to punch the vase from a Cinnamon Cider Sheet of 2020-2022 In Color 6" by 6" Designer Series Paper. I stamped the "hello" sentiment from the "Free as A Bird" stamp set in Crushed Curry Ink onto a Whisper White scrap and punched it out with the Classic Label Punch.

Next, I embossed a 3" by 5-1/2" Whisper White Card Stock Panel with the Tasteful Texture 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to a 3-1/2" by 5-1/2" Bumble Bee Card Stock panel before adhering everything to a Cinnamon Cider Card Stock card base.

I adhered the jar and flowers to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals and tucked a tiny piece of Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon onto the jar. I used Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment piece to the card.

I hope you're as excited as I am for the new Stampin' Up catalog. Stay tuned to this blog for more cards and projects made with new items!

Stay safe! Stay healthy! And as they say here in Baltimore, "Safer at home, Hon!"
