This is another card we made at the Proverbial Stampers new catalog set get-together. Being a Stampin' Up demonstrator introduces you to so many wonderful stampers--in your immediate group, in your upline group, and at Stampin' Up OnStage events I've really met some fabulous new friends this way--and I've gotten to play with so many fun Stampin' Up products. If this sounds fun to you, you should consider joining Stampin' Up as a demonstrator. Use the tab above to find more info, or contact me. I'd be glad to answer all your questions! Now back to the card.
We started by stamping one of the pumpkins from the "Pick a Pumpkin" stamp set in Tangerine Tango onto a pre-cut 2-1/2" Very Vanilla Card Stock circle. (The circle was pre-cut with one of the Layering Circles Framelits.) Next, we stamped a gourd from the same set in Old Olive. The sentiment is from the "Painted Harvest" stamp set and is stamped in Early Espresso. We adhered this to a large Gold Metallic Foil Doily.
To make the card, we started with an Early Espresso Card Stock card base and added three banners. The first banner is a 1-1/2" by 5" Tangerine Tango strip that we stamped a floral pattern from the "Pick a Pumpkin" set in Tangerine Tango Ink. The second banner is a 1-1/2" by 4-1/2" Old Olive strip. And the last banner is a 1-1/2" by 4" strip of the gorgeous Painted Autumn DSP. All the strips were punched with the Banner Triple Punch and adhered directly to the card.
We adhered the circle element to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. We also stamped a second pumpkin from the "Pick a Pumpkin" set in Tangerine Tango Ink onto a Very Vanilla scrap and cut it out with the matching Patterned Pumpkins Thinlit. We adhered this to the card with a couple of Stampin' Dimensionals and then added a Linen Thread bow to the card with a Glue Dot. Super cute!!
