Special Touches

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations  I was so glad to see the In Good Taste Suite of products available for demonstrators to pre-order. I love everything about this suite. Click on the catalog link over there on the right and take a look at pages 122 through 124. The "Tasteful Touches" stamp set has great images and sentiments and the coordinating Tasteful Labels Dies are so versatile--they're going to be my go-to for sentiments, I just know it! But what really sold me was the gorgeous In Good Taste Designer Series Paper! There are so many different textures on the paper and there are so many sheets: instead of the usual 12 double-sided sheets there are 24 double-sided sheets! (Yes, it costs a little bit more, but it's so worth it!) Today's card shows two of the DSP sheets. Have a look!

I stamped a sentiment from the "Tasteful Touches" stamp set in Night of Navy Ink and cut it out with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies. I adhered two different 1-1/4" by 5" strips of In Good Taste DSP to a 2-1/2" by 5-1/4" Night of Navy Card Stock panel. I adhered this to an Early Espresso Card Stock Card Base.

Next, I stamped the feathers from the "Tasteful Touches" stamp set onto Whisper White Card Stock--one in Night of Navy Ink and the other in Sahara Sand Ink. I fussy cut each feather with my Paper Snips. I adhered the sentiment piece and the feathers to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. I tied a 3" piece of Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim in a knot and adhered it to the card with a Mini Glue Dot. For a finishing touch, I added three Gold Metallic Pearls.

You can purchase the "Tasteful Touches" stamp set and coordinating Tasteful Labels Dies as a bundle and save 10% off the cost of purchasing them separately. Or, if you love everything in the suite, you can buy everything with one item number: 154147. You'll get the stamp set/die bundle, the In Good Taste DSP, the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder, and the In Good Taste Elements.

Just click on the thumbnails below to go directly to my online store where you can make your purchase.

And don't forget, if your basket has $99 in it, you should consider joining my Stampin' Up team as a "super shopper"--because for that $99 you can choose $125 worth of merchandise and during June 2020, you can choose a stamp and punch or a stamp and die bundle, too!! Stay healthy. Stay Safe.
