Blue Panda

#stampinup   #saleabration2018   #faithfulinkspirations   This past weekend I attended the new catalog gathering hosted by my upline demonatrator, Connie Heisey.  I love attending these gatherings because we make a stack of cards with new product and we get to fellowship with the rest of our team. The Proverbial Stampers team is scattered throughout the mid-Atlantic area--Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania. It's nice to get together with the team because we all share in the excitement of stamping and creating cards.

Speaking of sharing, for the rest of this week, I'm going to be sharing cards that we made with the "Party Pandas" set. This set is adorable! Who doesn't love a panda?! And you can earn it for FREE with a qualifying order during Sale-a-Bration. Who doesn't love FREE?! Look at this cute little fellow!

We stamped the panda in Basic Black Archival Ink onto a 2-1/4" by 3-1/2" Whisper White panel. We adhered this to a 2-1/2" by 3-3/4" Pool Party mat. We stamped "hi" in the balloon and then colored the balloon by squeezing some the closed Pool Party ink pad so that some ink goes into the lid of the stamp pad. We picked up this ink with our Blender Pen and colored away. (I got a little Basic Black Ink inside my balloon, so I covered it with a strategically placed Basic Rhinestone Jewel.)

We adhered half a Delicate White Doily to the back of this piece and then adhered it with Stampin' Dimensionals to a 3-3/4" by 5" Pool Party panel that had been embossed with the Polka Dot Basics Embossing Folder. I adhered this to a 3-7/8" by 5-1/8" Basic Black mat and then onto a Thick Whisper White Card Stock card base, cut lengthwise.  I added two more Basic Rhinestone Jewels to finish the card.

If you love this little panda, come back Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to see more cards made with this set!
