Congrats, Darling

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations   Yesterday I shared the first of four cards that I made at the Proverbial Stampers & Friends new catalog event using the "Darling Label" stamp set. You really need to check out this gorgeous punch box--it includes a stamp set, a punch, two Stampin' Spots, and an acrylic block--everything you need to get you started stamping some adorable cards. 

Today's card uses what's quickly becoming my favorite designer series paper--Twinkle, Twinkle. That sounds like it's great for baby cards--and it is! But I think it's great for all kinds of cards. Like this congratulations card!

We started by embossing a 3" by 4" Whisper White Card Stock panel with the Oh My Stars Embossing Folder. We adhered a 2-3/4" square of Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper to this and then adhered everything to a 3-1/4" by 4-1/4" Night of Navy Card Stock mat. We wrapped a length of Whisper White Classic Weave Ribbon around this piece before using Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere it to a Smoky Slate Card Stock card base.

Next we stamped a sentiment from the "Darling Label" stamp set in Night of Navy Ink onto Whisper White Card Stock and punched it out with the Darling Label Punch. We punched a 1-1/4" Night of Navy Card Stock circle and adhered the label. We adhered this piece to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. Finally, we added a few Basic Rhinestone Jewels to the card so it would twinkle!
