Pretty in Pink

#stampinup   #faithfulinkspirations   #ThoughtfulThursday   We stampers have gone absolutely mad over the "Good Morning Magnolia" stamp set and Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper. All the products in the Magnolia Lane Suite are so beautiful that we can't stop making cards with them! When we did our card swap at the Proverbial Stampers & Friends gathering, about a third of the stampers used products from this suite! Today's card was made by Beth Benjamin--and it's one I received during the swap!

Beth started by embossing a 3-3/4" by 5" piece of Petal Pink Card Stock with the Layered Leaves 3D Embossing Folder. She adhered that to a 4" by 5-1/4" Whisper White Card Stock panel and then onto a Mossy Meadow Card Stock card base. She added a 1-1/2" by 5" strip of Magnolia Lane DSP.

Next, Beth stamped two of the smaller flowers from the "Good Morning Magnolia" stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black and cut them out with the matching Magnolia Memories Die. She colored the flowers to look like the DSP--with Light Petal Pink and Dark Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blends.

Beth stamped the "thanks" sentiment from the "Good Morning Magnolia" set in Mossy Meadow onto Whisper White Card Stock and cut it out with one of the Stitched Nested Labels Dies and adhered it to a larger Mossy Meadow mat that she also cut with a Stitched Nested Labels Die. She adhered the label to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals and then added to flowers with Stampin' Dimensionals as well.
