Honestly, I started with a Whisper White Card Stock panel and I didn't like it, so I switched it to a 2-1/2" by 4" Petal Pink Card Stock panel and that was a game changer--I mean, look at the DSP--it's Petal Pink with Mossy Meadow line art. I stamped the floral flourish from the "Beauty Abounds" stamp set in Mossy Meadow Ink onto the Petal Pink panel. I stamped the "hello" sentiment in Mossy Meadow, too. I adhered this to a 2-5/8" by 4-1/8" Whisper White Card Stock mat (which may or may not have a failed stamping experiment on it).
Next, I adhered the DSP to the side of the panel. I didn't like how plain it was, so I folded it back and forth at about every half inch. I adhered this to the back of the stamped panel.
I adhered a 2-1/2" by 4-1/4 piece of Mossy Meadow Card Stock onto a Petal Pink Car Stock card base. Then I used Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere my stamped panel and DSP ruffle.
I really like how this ended up--after a bit of experimenting!
And now a word from our sponsor. Stampin' Up has TWO amazing promotions going on right now. The first is July Bonus Days: for every $50 you spend before July 31 (before shipping and tax), you will earn a $5 Bonus Days coupon code that can be used August 1–31. How cool is that?
The second promotion gives you Extra, Extra Stampin' Up merchandise when you join my team during July or August. The cost of the new demonstrator starter kit is $99--but from now until August 31, new demonstrators will receive an additional $30--which means you can put $155 of any Stampin' Up merch you'd like in your new demonstrator starter kit. And the month after you sign up, you’ll receive a $10 coupon code to spend the following month.
