Suede and Honey Color Challenge

#stampinup   This week's Create With Connie & Mary color challenge uses some of the colors in the English Garden Designer Series Paper that I really love--I love the paper and the colors!

As always, the design team came up with some wonderful cards--one of the cards was so wonderful that I kind of CASEd it! I used the same foundation as Joanne's card: Hello Honey card base, Soft Suede mat, and one of the floral sheets of the English Garden DSP.

Next, I added a length of Gold Glitter Ribbon. Then I stamped the happy birthday sentiment from the "Tin of Cards" stamp set in Mossy Meadow onto a Hello Honey scrap and cut it out with a Deco Label Framelit. I adhered this to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals and added a Mossy Meadow flower punched from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. I added a small Basic Pearl to the flower for an elegant finishing touch.
