There really isn't any guesswork to creating a little piece of artwork when you use Stampin' Up supplies. And over the years they've started to develop product suites which are a real boon to someone like me who wants everything to go together.

One of my favorite suites in the new 2019-2020 catalog is the Perennial Essence Suite on pages 106-108.  Stampin' Up has moved from a 2-page spread to a 3-page spread for their suites and that gives you an extra page to ooh and ahh over! Plus, they've made the images of the Designer Series Paper larger so you can see it better. Smart! The Perennial Essence DSP is gorgeous. Take a look at it on this card we made at the OnStage event last month!

First we stamped the 3-petal image in Flirty Flamingo onto Petal Pink Perennial Essence Vellum Card Stock. We let that dry for a few minutes and then punched out the pieces with the Perennial Flower Punch.

We stamped the outline floral image from the "Floral Essence" stamp set in Blackberry Bliss Ink onto a 3-1/2" by 3-1/2" Whisper White Card Stock panel. The center of the flower is stamped in Daffodil Delight Ink.  We adhered a 4" by 5-1/4" piece of the Perennial Essence DSP to a Blackberry Bliss Card Stock card base and then adhered the stamped panel to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

We adhered the vellum flowers to the card with Glue Dots and popped on a cute Perennial Essence Floral Center. We tied a length of Mossy Meadow Linen Thread from the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack and adhered it with a Glue Dot.

We stamped a sentiment from the "Floral Essence" set in Blackberry Bliss onto a 1/2" Whisper White strip and snipped off the end. We adhered this to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. So cute, right?!
